Here are mp3 complete timer files for a full rhythm napping session. The first two are made short enough to fit on a single CD. I recommend that you practice falling asleep quickly enough that you can fall asleep and wake up several times in a half hour or so because that will make your OBE sessions much faster. The other timer bases are much longer and can work if you really have a hard time falling asleep quickly but they're not optimal. These are based on the Flash timer at www.lucidology.com/timer. For instance, the intervals for the 2 minute base are: 4, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 10, 3, 3, 3... After you've downloaded these you can burn them to a CD or use an mp3 player to hear them. To download, right click (or command click) the links and select 'Save As...' then save them to your hard drive.
